I remember grinding during the 2020 Winter update to get that Blue Pixel skin! If you missed it back then, you'll have to wait for its possible return in future events.
To get the Blue Pixel skin in Jailbreak, you had to participate in the 2020 Winter update event. Unfortunately, it's not available to obtain anymore, unless they bring it back for a future event!
