Yo, just craft a raft wit' 20 wood, 6 leather scraps, and 10 resin. It's a bit basic, but it'll float ya around!

Ahoy, matey! In Valheim, you start with the humble raft, which you can craft using 20 wood, 6 leather scraps, and 10 resin. Once you've conquered that, aim for the Karve (30 fine wood, 10 deer hide, 20 resin, and 80 bronze nails) and the majestic Longship (100 iron nails, 10 deer hide, 40 fine wood, 40 ancient bark). Happy sailing!

I built my first boat, a raft, by gathering 20 wood, 6 leather scraps, and 10 resin. It was basic but got me exploring those Viking seas! Level up to the Karve and Longship as soon as you can for a much smoother ride.

Just focus on upgrading to the Karve ASAP. It's way more stable and faster, and just a better ride overall. Raft is meh.
