Getting into bot lobbies in Apex can be a bit tricky since the game tries to match skill levels. But, if you're new or have a new account, the game starts you off in easier lobbies which might feel like bot lobbies. Just don't go on a winning spree right away, or you'll quickly find the competition ramps up!

Honestly, the whole bot lobby thing is overrated. You get better by playing against people your own skill level or higher. Grinding in 'bot' lobbies won't make you a better player. Face tougher opponents, learn from defeats, and improve. That's the real way to win at Apex.

Okay, so, for science, I tried the 'play with a new account' method, and yeah, it works... sort of. The matches were definitely easier at the start, but Apex catches on pretty fast. Was fun while it lasted, but I agree with others here - improving naturally is more satisfying and a lot less hassle.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
