In The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth, Bravo refers to unlocking the character Judas. To do this, you need to defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! as any character.
Just beat Mom's Heart or It Lives with any character and boom, you've unlocked Judas, aka Bravo.
Beat Ultra Greed in Greed Mode with Hard Mode on, then you'll get Bravo. Simple as that!
I managed to get 'Bravo' after several attempts. Pick a strong character like Azazel, prepare for Greed Mode, and pray to RNGesus!
