You can get your breathing style by completing quests given by the trainers. Trust me, some of these quests might test your patience!
To get a breathing style in Demonfall, you need to find and talk to specific trainers scattered throughout the map. Each style has a unique trainer. Start with Water Breathing by finding Urokodaki near Okuyia Village!
I tried getting Thunder Breathing, and it's wild! Find Zenitsu in Hayakawa Village, but be ready for a challenge.
