Bo' Rai Cho's not in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition. He appears in Mortal Kombat X as a DLC character though.

To get Bo' Rai Cho (assuming you mean him) in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition, you can't. He wasn't included in that version of the game!

Speaking from experience, there’s no way to unlock Bo' Rai Cho in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition. He's just not in there. Try Mortal Kombat X instead!
