Trust me, beating Classic Mode under 12 minutes might sound like a sprint, but it's totally doable. I did it with Fox and felt like a speedrunner. Good luck!
Or, you could just complete the Subspace Emissary. After beating it, head to the swamp stage and find him chilling there!
