From my experience, Chrome Metal Sonic is usually unlocked by grinding through event challenges. It's tough but totally worth it when you finally get him!
Forget it. Chrome Metal Sonic's overrated. Stick with regular Sonic or Metal Sonic; they鈥檙e just as cool (but way easier to get).
