Unfortunately, you can't get College Football Revamped on Xbox Series X. It's a mod for NCAA Football 14, which is only available on PS3 and Xbox 360.

Sadly, College Football Revamped isn't supported on Xbox Series X. It's strictly for last-gen consoles like PS3 and Xbox 360.

Been playing College Football Revamped on my Xbox 360, and there's no way to get it on the Series X. Stick with the old consoles for this one!
