To get colors on the compass in PUBG Mobile, you need to activate the 'Colorblind' mode in your settings. Just go to Settings -> Graphics -> Colorblind Mode. Choose your preferred color mode, and boom, your compass will be all colorful!

I tried this first-hand. Go to Settings, then Graphics, and enable 'Colorblind' mode. Your compass will get different colors based on the mode you select. Enjoy the colorful navigation!
