You can't get the Commando anymore because it was part of a limited-time event in 2019. However, keep an eye out for similar events or new towers in upcoming updates!
Sorry to break it to you, but the Commando tower was only available during the 2019 event and isn't obtainable now.
No way to get it now. It was exclusive to an old event.
I was there during the 2019 event when Commando was released. It's no longer available, but new special towers usually pop up in events!
