You can get construction coins by completing the Professions careers, like the Police Station and Movie Studio. Just keep leveling up and doing those Professions tasks!
From my experience, grinding through the Professions careers is the best strategy. It's a bit of a grind, but it pays off with construction coins!
I found that completing the daily goals and participating in live events gets you a nice stash of construction coins. Don't miss those events!
