Just head to Cambion Drift on Deimos and farm those Necramechs. They'll drop the Cranial Foremount, but be ready for a grind!
I've gotten a Cranial Foremount by farming Necramechs in the Cambion Drift on Deimos. It can take a bit of grinding, but it's worth it!
