I've been playing Fortnite for years, and the only way to change the background is to select from the loading screens you unlock in the game. It's pretty fun collecting them though!

You can't set a custom background in Fortnite, but you can choose from the numerous loading screens available in the game. Keep unlocking them through challenges and the Battle Pass.
