The fastest way is to drop some Platinum in the Market, but the cheap way is to grind some Standing with the Perrin Sequence.
You can get the Dark Dagger by purchasing it directly from the Market for 150 Platinum, or you can build it using the blueprint available from the Perrin Sequence Syndicate for 25,000 Standing.
