If you want Umbreon or Espeon, set your Eevee as a buddy and walk 10km with it, then evolve it during the night for Umbreon or during the day for Espeon. Evolving into Leafeon or Glaceon requires using a Mossy or Glacial Lure at a PokéStop. Happy evolving!

I've got all the Eeveelutions by using the name trick for the first evolution and walking them for the rest. Remember, don't evolve at random times if you're aiming for Umbreon or Espeon!
For the classic evolutions, use the name trick: rename your Eevee as follows: 'Sparky' for Jolteon, 'Rainer' for Vaporeon, and 'Pyro' for Flareon. For Umbreon and Espeon, walk your Eevee as your buddy for 10km and then evolve it at night or day respectively. For the newer evolutions like Leafeon and Glaceon, use a Mossy Lure or a Glacial Lure at a PokéStop. Good luck catching 'em all!
