Koppa Mining Site and the Sea Treader's Path are gold mines for Drill Arm fragments. Just scan 'em, then build it at the Fabricator. Easy peasy!

You'll need to find the fragments first! Look around in the Koppa Mining Site, the Sea Treader's Path, and the Dunes. Once you've got all the pieces, head to your Fabricator and make that bad boy!

Drill Arm fragments are in the Dunes and Koppa Mining Site. Scan them to unlock the blueprint, then make it at the Fabricator.

Just search the Koppa Mining Site for fragments. Once you find 'em, scan and fabricate. Simple!

Had to stumble through half the ocean, but turns out Koppa Mining Site had the fragments I needed. Scanned 'em, then just fabricated the arm. Boom!
