To get the Chameleon, complete all the designated Control Points on Hard difficulty or above. The Eagle Bearer drops from the Dark Hours Raid, so gather your squad! For the Lady Death, keep an eye out in New York City as it drops from named bosses there.

Honestly, grinding in the Dark Zone is the quickest way to find most exotics. Sometimes RNGesus is kind.
For the Diamondback, complete the Kenly College Expedition. It's a tough one, but totally worth it.
Personal experience here: I got my first exotic, Sweet Dreams, from a Hyena named boss in a bounty mission. Just keep at it!
