If you want to evolve Eevee to Espeon, rename it 'Sakura.'

Trust me, walk with Eevee as your buddy for 10 km, evolve it during the day, and you'll get Espeon. Worked for me every single time!

Just use the nickname trick! Rename your Eevee to 'Sakura' and then evolve it. Works once per Eeveelution.
