Just gather some Ender Pearls and Blaze Powder to make Eyes of Ender, then follow them to a stronghold with an End Portal.
Honestly, just hunt down Endermen for pearls and farm Blazes in the Nether. Combine them, chuck them, find the portal, done.
Been there, done that: I crafted a bunch of Eyes of Ender, followed them to a stronghold, and activated the portal. Easy peasy!
