Honestly, just stick with Steam. It's got everything you need. Why bother sideloading another store?
Don't bother with Epic Store; Steam's got more than enough games to keep you entertained.
Just boot into desktop mode and install Windows. BOOM, Epic Store access along with pretty much any other PC app you want.
