You can't get first person mode in GTA 5 on Xbox 360. It's a feature exclusive to the Xbox One and later versions. Maybe it's time for an upgrade?

First person mode in GTA 5 on Xbox 360? Not happening. Only on newer consoles like Xbox One and up.

Sorry to break it to you, but the first person mode isn't available on the Xbox 360 version of GTA 5. Only the Xbox One, PS4, and PC versions have it.
