Finish the Frieza Saga in the main story. Once you’ve beaten Frieza, flight in Conton City becomes available! Now you can zip around like a true Saiyan.
I had to grind through the Frieza Saga to unlock flight in Conton City. It was so worth it to fly around!
To fly in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you need to complete the Frieza Saga in the story mode. After defeating Frieza, you’ll unlock the ability to fly in Conton City. Enjoy soaring through the skies!
Honestly, you don’t really need flight. Running around has its own charm!
