You can't natively install Fortnite on Steam Deck because Epic Games hasn’t released a Linux version. But you can stream it using GeForce NOW or set up Windows on your Deck!

Just add GeForce NOW as a non-Steam game, log in, and play Fortnite from there. Works like a charm!
