You get 3 lifetime refund tokens. Go to the Settings, then Account and Privacy. Use the return or cancel request button for items bought in the last 30 days.

Go to the in-game menu, select Settings, then Account and Privacy. From there, you can submit a refund request for eligible items. Easy peasy!
