You can't. Founder's packs were a limited-time offer back in 2013. Those who bought them got exclusive gear like Excalibur Prime, but they're not available anymore. Sorry!

I snagged the Founder's pack back in the day, but those are long gone now. Only way to get Founder status is if Digital Extremes ever decides to re-release it (don't hold your breath).

You can't get Founder's packs anymore. They were only available in 2013. The best you can do is trade with existing founders for their gear, but it won't give you the Founder title.

Unfortunately, the Founder's packs are no longer available. They were offered early in the game's release and provided exclusive items like Excalibur Prime. Your best bet is to look out for community events or trading opportunities for the items you missed out on.
