Defeat elite bosses like Rip_indra or the sea beasts! They'll drop a hefty amount of fragments and it's a good challenge to boot.
Focus on those daily quests and events. Sometimes they have special fragment rewards and it's usually faster than regular grinding.
Just grind missions in the Third Sea鈥攅specially the ones that reward fragments. The grind is real, but the payoff is sweet!
Honestly, the best way is to keep participating in Factory Raids and the Castle on the Sea. Factory Raids are pretty frequent and give a good chunk of fragments.
