Unfortunately, Goku isn't a playable character in Super Smash Bros Wii U. You might need to look into mods or simply enjoy other great characters!
As much as I'd love to see Goku throwing down in Super Smash Bros Wii U, he's not in the game. Maybe check out some fan mods for a workaround?
