You can get Goro by completing the game with Shinnok and then entering the Kombat Kode 'Up, Up, Left, Right, A, Down' on the character select screen.

Sorry, but in some versions, Goro can鈥檛 be unlocked without modding the game.

To unlock Goro in Mortal Kombat 4 for PC, finish the game with any character in Arcade Mode. Once you do, Goro should be available to play!

Just beat the game with any character! My first time was with Liu Kang, and boom, Goro unlocked.
