Check out the Prime Access section in Warframe - you'll find Grendel Prime there once he's released. Collect the necessary Relics, run through missions, and you'll have him in no time!
To get Grendel Prime, you'll need to keep an eye on Prime Access releases! When he's available, you can either purchase him through Prime Access or farm Void Relics that drop his parts.
Just wait for Grendel Prime to be released in Prime Access. Then farm the associated Void Relics or buy him directly if you're feeling impatient!
