Getting hardwood in Animal Crossing is super easy and kinda fun! Just grab your trusty axe and start swinging at some trees. Don't worry; you won't chop them down with a few swings. Each tree can give you up to three pieces of wood a day, including hardwood, softwood, and regular wood. Just make sure to have your axe ready, look for any tree around your island, and get chopping!

Just use a stone axe, not an iron one, unless you're aiming to deforest your island. The stone axe gets you wood without chopping down the trees.

Simple - hit trees with an axe! But not too hard, unless you wanna say goodbye to your green buddies. Different trees drop different types of wood, so keep hitting them until you get the hardwood you need.

Honestly, hardwood is overrated. Just trade with friends if you're really in need.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
