Incredibly straightforward: Harrow parts are scattered across different missions. Chains of Harrow quest for Neuroptics, Defection missions for Chassis, and Siphon Void Fissures for Systems. Keep grinding, Tenno!

To get Harrow parts, you need to complete different missions: chassis drops from Defection on Rot A, systems drop from Siphon Void Fissures, and the hardest part, the Neuroptics, drops from the Chains of Harrow quest. Good luck, Tenno!

Harrow Neuroptics is a reward from the Chains of Harrow quest. The Chassis can be farmed from Defection missions on Rot A, and the Systems drop from Siphon Void Fissures. Happy farming!

You get Harrow's Neuroptics from the Chains of Harrow quest. Everything else is just regular mission drops. Simple but not always easy!
