To get a Helminth Charger in Warframe, you'll need to get infected by a Helminth Cyst and then mature it on your Warframe. After it's matured, drain the Cyst in the incubator segment and you'll get a Helminth Charger egg. Trust me, it's not as gross as it sounds – in space, anything goes!
You need to let your Warframe get infected with a Helminth Cyst from another player, then wait 7 days for it to mature. Once it's mature, go to the incubator segment and drain the Cyst to get the Charger’s egg. Boom, you’re a proud parent of a space puppy!
I once got my Helminth Charger by sitting in a team with an infected player. It took a week, but then I had my own little Charger buddy. Worth the wait!
