To get hit by Pac-Man, you need to be playing in the Pac-Man world. Collect a power pellet and then let Pac-Man catch you after his color changes. Sounds painful but fun!

As someone who’s got the 'Best. Death. Ever.' achievement, just play as Pac-Chicken and wait for Pac-Man to gobble you up when he’s powered up. Easy peasy!
