Easiest way to get individual soldier object IDs is through the console. Just open it with the '~' key and type `ShowSoldier` followed by the soldier's name. Bam, there's your ID!

You'll need to enable the developer console. Once that's done, type `showdebug info` while in-game. The ID will pop up in the corner.
