Complete the 'Great Saiyaman 1 and 2' side quest in Conton City. After finishing it, you'll get the Kamehameha pose as a reward!

Just head to the Skill Shop in Conton City and buy the Kamehameha pose. Easy peasy!

Look, grinding through Parallel Quest 14 seems to work best. Beat it, hope for RNG luck, and voila, Kamehameha pose!

You can get it by completing the Time Patrol quest line and talking to certain NPCs afterward. It worked for me!
