The Kronen blueprint drops from Grineer Manic Bombards, so go on some missions where they spawn and start farming!
Simple answer: farm Grineer Manics. It's a little grindy, but well worth it for those beautiful blades!
You can try to farm the Grineer Manic enemies for the Kronen blueprint, or just trade with another player if you've got the plat to spare.
Dissenting opinion here: Just buy it with Platinum if you value your sanity and time. Grinding can take ages.
