Update your app if you don't see the lyrics option. Sometimes, the feature rolls out gradually.
For desktop, play a song, and click the 'microphone' icon in the bottom-right corner of the 'Now Playing' bar to see the lyrics.
Honestly, lyrics aren't available for every song. Check on Genius or Musixmatch if you can't find 'em on Spotify.
