Getting the Mariachi Tornado in GTA Online is a pretty unique experience! You gotta head to the east side of the map near the Sandy Shores area around 7 PM to 8 PM in-game time. Look for a random event where two NPCs are having a bit of a moment on a cliffside. Don't interrupt them, just take the car - it's the Mariachi Tornado, complete with guitars in the back! Be sneaky about it though, or you'll have the cops on you faster than you can say 'taco'.
