First off, make sure your drivers are up to date. Then, jump into the game settings and tweak graphics to a mix of high and medium depending on your setup. Also, turning off V-Sync and lowering shadows can give a big FPS boost!

Get an SSD if you don't have one already. It seriously cuts down load times and makes life in post-apocalyptic D.C. buttery smooth. Also, overclock your GPU if you're feeling brave!

I find turning down Volumetric Fog and Spot Shadow Resolution helps a ton. Don't forget to check for any background programs hogging your CPU either. Happy gunning!

Honestly, just keep everything on low settings. It's not pretty, but you'll be fragging baddies at 60+ FPS!
