Just do Mega Raids until you get enough Mega Energy for Pidgeot. Then, hit that Mega Evolve button. Simple as that.
To get Mega Pidgeot in Pokémon GO, you'll need to collect Mega Energy by completing Mega Raids that feature Pidgeot. Once you've got enough energy, you can use it to Mega Evolve your Pidgeot. Gotta catch 'em all (and then evolve 'em)!
From personal experience, participating in Mega Raids is the key. I collected enough Mega Energy after a few raids and could then Mega Evolve my Pidgeot. Happy raiding!
