I found my Merciless while doing Jefferson Trade Center on Challenging difficulty. RNG can be brutal, but persistence is key!
It鈥檚 all about the grind; keep hitting those Hyena strongholds and you'll get it eventually.
Merciless is an exotic rifle that can drop from Hyena chests and bosses, so keep taking out those baddies and check those chests!
Farm Hyena control points and missions. Also consider playing on higher difficulties for better chances!
