To get a refund on Steam, just go to Steam Support, log in, and find the game you want to refund. If it's within 14 days of purchase and you've played it less than 2 hours, you're practically set. Just click on the game, choose 'I would like a refund,' and then 'I'd like to request a refund.' Steam will guide you through the rest. Super easy as long as you're within those limits!

Hot take: Just don't buy games you're not sure about. Saves you the refund hassle.

Actually, I got a refund once even after 2 hours because the game wouldn't run properly on my PC. I explained the situation to Steam Support, and they were cool about it. Sometimes, they make exceptions, so it's always worth explaining your situation.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
