Farm the Warframe bosses repeatedly. Some bosses are notorious for being treasure troves. Take down Lech Kril or The Sergeant for goodies.
Honestly? Sometimes it's just a matter of patience. Keep grinding, and those rare drops will eventually be yours.
Steel Path missions can yield some excellent rewards. Sure, the enemies are tough as nails, but the drops are worth it!
