I finally got my stash under control by using Fallout 1st's Scrapbox for unlimited junk storage. It's a game changer. Yes, it's a paid subscription, but if you're playing a lot, it's totally worth it for the stash space alone.
Just sell your stuff, guys. You really don't need all that junk. Keep it simple.
