I've been playing Fallout Shelter for ages, and the best way is definitely upgrading your existing Medbay. It's a bit of a cap investment, but totally worth it. Also, stacking up on Medbays helps a ton. Happy Vault Managing!
Actually, you don't need more storage. Just use them more efficiently! Why store when you can heal?
Just build more Medbays. More rooms = more storage. Simple.
