The only way to get V-Bucks back on Fortnite is if you accidentally purchased an item and want to refund it. Head to the 'Settings' menu, click on 'Account and Privacy,' and select 'Submit a Request' to see eligible purchases.
Once spent, V-Bucks are usually gone for good. Be careful before making purchases!
From experience, I've been able to refund a few items by using the 'Submit a Request' option in the account settings. You get three lifetime refund tokens, so use them wisely!
