You can always try your luck with Z Power in the Exchange Shop. Collect those Z Medals and trade them in for the characters you want. Simple and efficient!
Easy peasy! Just summon them using Chrono Crystals. Hit up the Summon menu, spend your hard-earned crystals, and pray to Shenron for great pulls!
Honestly, just spend money. Buy Chrono Crystals and do summons. Might cost ya, but it's the fastest way.
