Some fighting styles like Electric and Water Kung Fu can only be obtained by reaching a certain level and having enough Beli. Check your map and keep leveling up!
Explore islands and talk to NPCs to unlock new fighting styles. Some NPCs will train you if you meet certain level requirements and pay them some in-game currency.
To get a new fighting style in Blox Fruits, you need to find the right NPC who offers training for that style. Usually, they're located on different islands. For example, the Dark Step teacher is on Pirate Island.
