To get the normal ending in Undertale, you need to complete a Neutral Route. This means you should neither kill every monster (Genocide Route) nor spare every monster (True Pacifist Route). Mix it up a bit, and you'll see the normal ending!

Just play through without worrying too much about your actions. As long as you aren't being overly nice or super mean, you'll probably end up with the neutral ending.

Been there, done that. I got the normal ending by sparing some monsters and fighting others. Balance is key!
